week 06 – Ephesians 2 – “Even more of all that we have IN CHRIST”
This week we’re talking about Ephesians 2.
Paul here is just slamming home runs over the “IN CHRIST” home run wall. He continues the theme from chapter 1 about ALL THAT WE HAVE BY BEING “IN CHRIST” and the theme of unity because of it.
But the “bullet points” get thicker and thicker as he keeps listing out all these incredible blessings that we have when we are “IN CHRIST”
Ephesians sure will make you thankful hahaha.
Keep an eye out for a focus on moving from death to life, from dead to alive.
Also look out for a focus on being saved by grace, and that grace empowering us to do what God created us to do… good works 🙂
QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF
This week is similar to last week, but takes it to a whole new level. So let’s make our 2 lists again…
- Without listing anything physical, what can you list out that God has given you because of Jesus?
- Try to extract & make a similar list, bullet point style, of the things Paul lists out here in Ephesians 2.
- What could these 2 lists do for your attitude, perspective, thankfulness, entire life?

Think again about alllllll the many SPIRITUAL blessings you have because of & in Christ .…
Ask God AGAIN if there are any areas in your life that need to refocus on what you have IN CHRIST.
Let this theme guide your God time all week, and even your thoughts and conversation with Him through out your days, all week long.
Let Him speak to you about this idea of what you have IN CHRIST, and see what He says.
